  • Executive leader led all internal and external corporate communications functions including media relations, PR, government affairs, and internal employee communications. 

  • Developed and led integrated communications strategy to drive positive media coverage of company rebrand, infrastructure investments, new product launches, CX enhancements, technology innovations and M&A transactions that grew company customer base by 40%.
