Developed a corporate-wide model for community support with a unified framework to guide decision-making, provide a focused, efficient use of resources, and to generates greater public impact. Oversaw company's commitment to donate at least 1% of pre-tax profits in to charitable organizations each year within local communities in 13 states.

Created a series of public service announcements featuring non-profit groups and messages promoting unity and understanding around issues of peace, justice, equality and inclusion. Additional ads from the Ad Council were also featured in the campaign.
The 30-second announcements began running on more than two-dozen cable networks on the company's channel lineups in twelve states with donated airtime value exceeding $1.5 million. The campaign was recognized by the Ad Club for Inclusive Marketing Campaign. Click on the video below to view the series.
Other Community Support
Employee Volunteering: Developed Employee Volunteer Programs, including annual Community Involvement Day, a company-wide initiative involving all North American business units. In 2023, more than 200 Breezeline employees, family members and community partners volunteered their time on a Saturday morning to plant more than 100 trees at 15 locations in eight states.
Extending Broadband in Rural America: Supported programs designed to extend broadband networks into areas currently unserved or underserved, particularly in rural areas. Formed mutually beneficial private-public partnerships to expand the availability of broadband internet.
Affordability Programs: Promoted programs to support internet connectivity for income-eligible households that they could stay connected to daily essentials such as telehealth, distance learning, and work from home.
